Champagne toast new year 2026

Happy New Year and Welcome to 2026

Since today is the very first day of a brand-new year, I thought this would be the perfect time to talk about goals.

I’ve never been big on New Year’s resolutions. They tend to feel rushed, restrictive, and forgotten by February.

But goals? I believe deeply in those.

Goals give us direction. They give us something to work toward intentionally, thoughtfully, and at our own pace.

Ideally, we should have goals for all different areas of our lives:

health, family, personal growth, finances… and yes — travel.

As your trusted Travel Advisor, travel goals are the ones I’d love to talk about with you.

Do you have travel goals for the year ahead?

Or maybe for the next few years?

What’s that bucket-list trip that’s been quietly sitting in the back of your mind, the one you always say “one day” about?

Because here’s the thing:

dreams that stay in our heads often stay there forever.

Dreams that are written down… those start to feel real and start forming life.

That’s why I love the idea of a vision board, especially at the start of a new year.

If you’ve never made one before, don’t overthink it. It’s simply a visual reminder of what you’re working toward… places you want to see, experiences you want to have, memories you want to create.

And yes, your travel goals absolutely deserve a spot on it…

Here’s how to start:

1- Write down the trips you dream about — even the big, “someday” ones

2- Find photos that inspire you and make you feel something

3- Add words or phrases that reflect how you want to feel when you travel.

3- Keep it somewhere you’ll see it often — not tucked away in a drawer.

It’s powerful. It keeps your goals top of mind. And it turns “maybe someday” into “let’s plan for it.”

If travel is on your vision board this year or if you’d like help figuring out how to make those dreams realistic and doable, I’d love to be part of that conversation.

As we step into this new year together, I want to wish you the best year you’ve had yet… one filled with good health, genuine happiness, deep joy, and true prosperity.

May this be a year where you slow down when you need to, dream a little bigger than usual, and create memories that stay with you long after the moment has passed.

Thank you for being here, for reading, and for allowing me to be a small part of your journey.

Here’s to a beautiful year ahead and Happy Travels!
