Why I travel for work (and how it benefits you!)

My most recent trip marked my 10th visit to Jamaica 🇯🇲—but this one wasn’t about lounging poolside with a rum punch. This was all work!

I spent 9 days on a jam-packed, immersive itinerary full of early mornings, late nights, site visits, hotel inspections, and cultural deep-dives. Sleep was minimal. Downtime? Rare. Time away from my family? Absolutely.

🛎️ The first 4 days were dedicated to touring resorts like Secrets Wild Orchid, Secrets St. James, Breathless Montego Bay, and the serene Zoëtry Montego Bay—getting the inside scoop and experiencing each one firsthand so I can match my clients with the perfect fit.

📚 Then came the conference—intense days of learning, networking, and connecting with Business Development Managers, corporate reps, and fellow advisors.

Why does that matter to you?

Because the travel world is constantly evolving. New resorts. Changing policies. Shifting trends. Staying up to date means I can offer you smarter guidance, real-time info, and VIP treatment thanks to my industry connections.

One of the biggest perks?

The relationships I build with my BDMs. When something unexpected happens and standard customer service hits a wall, I know exactly who to call—because I’ve met them face to face.

So while this may have looked like a vacation on Instagram, it was actually work—and I came home more equipped than ever to make your next getaway seamless, stress-free, and unforgettable 💼🌴✨
