I’m here celebrating Air Canada Vacations’ milestone 50th anniversary, and it’s such an honour to be part of this special event.
I’m staying at the breathtaking Hotel Xcaret Arte, and let me tell you… this resort is quite something! From its stunning eco-design to the art-inspired architecture and rivers weaving through the property, it’s unlike anywhere else I’ve ever stayed.
And for my fellow foodies – this place is a dream come true. With eleven restaurants, several led by Michelin-recognized chefs, every meal feels like an experience. From creative Mexican fusion to world-class international dishes, every bite has been exceptional.
While I was still in Jamaica touring Sandals, I got a message from my BDM (Business Development Manager) at Air Canada Vacations saying, “Hey, check your email.” When I did, I found a personal invitation to attend this celebration — and honestly, I was torn! Jamaica was supposed to be my last work trip for the year. As much as I adore what I do, the travel, long days, and sleeping away from home do catch up with you.
I had just four days to decide whether to accept or decline, so I gave it some real thought. I realized how special this opportunity is — not all travel advisors receive this kind of invitation. But it’s moments like this, where I’m able to learn directly from top providers, build relationships, and stay ahead of industry trends, that help me better serve you.
Air Canada Vacations is one of my top suppliers, and there isn’t a month that goes by without clients traveling on one of their packages. To be invited to this milestone event is truly an honour – and another way for me to bring back first-hand insights, updates, and exclusive perks for my clients!
